The undercarriage is a highly specialized system of moving parts and machinery that must be maintained to ensure a track loader has traction. Utilizing sprockets, idlers, bogie wheels, rollers, chains, tracks and other complex systems, the track loader's undercarriage is as important to the machine as the attachment or engine. Our triangular undercarriage have below features: 

Staggered rollers: Stagger roller design gives compact track loaders more durability, less vibration, and a smoother ride.

Rubber Tracks: Durable and high level grade of Rubber Tracks. 

Track rollers: With casting steel rollers that's hardened to good core hardness and heat-treated outside the roller diameter, they are built for maximum wear life all while preventing bushings from loosening.

Track links: Boron-steel alloy prevents pins and bushings from loosening, and can tolerate deeper heat-treating.

Spring and Idlers: Strengthened and Durable materials and spec.
